“Hot Tubs and Pools were small. The Harbor view was half good half not so good. The view faces the industrial site where ships drop off gravel, dirt and other aggregate materials. The converiors and other material handling equipment make a constant drone. Rooms, staff and overall look of the hotel are modern and comfortable. Nice hotel.... unfortunate location.”

“The room 713 had bed bugs, we went to bed and quickly discovered the bed was crawling with bed bugs and we had to pack up and leave in the middle of the night. Would not recommend!”

“Parking lot is clustered with a restaurant. Currently remodeling. Traffic on the highway can sometimes be loud at night. Regardless, I really like the hotel and the direction the remodel is going. It was clean. No bugs!”

“Pool was not open no breakfast and the room was disgusting the lady at desk was so rude and u could tell she didn't care that I was telling her the room was disgusting she tried to say the reason why I was going to leave was because I found a better cheaper price at a better hotel but that's not the case I didn't look for another hotel till I got into the room and it was nasty I would never ever go back there again and I would never recommend anyone to go there”

“Our room was clean, location was convenient, but we had some small issues. 1. The shower faucet handle can off very easily so be careful. It did work. 2. Both the shampoo and conditioner were out of fluid. 3. This one is my fault. They should’ve been informed myself of what the breakfast buffet was. With my dietary needs wasn’t much for me to eat but a hard boiled egg.”

“The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week. The hotel could’ve been more……

“Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were……
